Dan Roberts, executive producer and host of the award-winning radio series, A Moment In Time created the show in 1993 while doing historical commentary for National Public Radio. A Moment In Time immediately captured the attention of its audience, and Richmond's public radio station WCVE became Roberts' partner in producing the show nationwide. Within each two-minute segment, Roberts sets past events in their historical context. Each episode stimulates listeners in an effort to ignite a passion for history in today's "sound-bite" society.
